Flocked flooring planks with a converging linear design in seven colourways.
Converge is a directional flocked plank — lines that draw together and apart across the module, so the floor gains movement along its length. Laid in ashlar it becomes a strongly linear surface; laid randomly it becomes an irregular texture.
100cm x 25cm flocked planks, 62.5% recycled content, 19 dB impact sound reduction, continuous castor chair rating. Seven colourways.
Flotex planks are digitally printed before flocking, which is why Flotex can carry designs with a precision tufted carpet cannot reach — the image is in the print, not in the yarn placement.

Fitting Converge in the UK
DCTUK’s Forbo fitting service covers site survey and subfloor moisture testing, latex screeding and preparation, uplift and recycling of existing floorcoverings, and installation by employed fitting teams — out of hours and in phases where a building has to stay open. Free survey within 72 hours, fixed pricing, and a 12 month fitting warranty.
Because Converge is a plank, damaged units can be lifted and replaced individually years into the building’s life. Keep one to two boxes per colourway from the original production batch as attic stock.

Forbo Flotex Converge is manufactured at Forbo"s facility in Ripley, Derbyshire, England. Forbo states that all Tessera carpet tiles are designed and manufactured at Bamber Bridge, and that Flotex flocked flooring is produced at Ripley, which is also Forbo Flooring UK"s head office. Is Flotex a carpet or a vinyl?
Neither. Flotex is flocked flooring — up to 80 million nylon fibres per square metre standing upright on a waterproof backing. It feels like a textile underfoot but is completely waterproof and can be wet-cleaned like a resilient floor. How flocked flooring works.
