Ombre graduates tone along the length of the plank, which means a floor can shift colour gradually across a room without a single hard junction. Eight colourways, and the effect depends entirely on how they are sequenced at installation.
100cm x 25cm flocked planks, 62.5% recycled content, 19 dB impact sound reduction, Class 33 with continuous castor chair use.
Gradient floors are one of the few genuinely effective ways to lead people through a space without signage — tone moving from dark at the entrance to light at the destination reads as direction even to someone not paying attention. It needs a numbered laying plan.

DCTUK’s Forbo fitting service covers site survey and subfloor moisture testing, latex screeding and preparation, uplift and recycling of existing floorcoverings, and installation by employed fitting teams — out of hours and in phases where a building has to stay open. Because Ombre is a plank, damaged units can be lifted and replaced individually years into the building’s life. Keep one to two boxes per colourway from the original production batch as attic stock.
