Wood Effect prints timber onto a flocked plank. The point is not to fool anyone up close; it is that you get the visual language of a timber floor with warmth underfoot, 19 dB of impact sound reduction and complete waterproofing, none of which real wood offers.
Eight colourways in a 100cm x 25cm plank, 62.5% recycled content, Class 33 heavy commercial with continuous castor chair use.
It is a particularly strong answer in care homes and dementia settings, where a domestic timber appearance is therapeutically valuable but a hard, cold, slippery, acoustically reflective floor is exactly what you do not want.
